We represent commercial lenders and SBA Certified Development Companies in loan originations. We review title insurance commitments and surveys, address due diligence issues, draft and negotiate loan documents, and assist with closings.
General Business
We assist clients forming corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships and draft related governing documents. We also help clients purchase and sell businesses.
Estate Planning
We provide basic estate planning services. We prepare Last Wills and Testaments, Living Wills and Health Care Powers of Attorney, and General Powers of Attorney.
Estate Administration
We work closely with executors to probate wills, provide guidance during estate administration, and prepare inheritance and estate tax returns.
Non-profit Law
We assist with the formation of non-profit corporations and provide guidance to non-profit boards and officers.
